We'll change the logo to a high wing when chimpanzees out number humans here...they're the only creatures capable of refueling the things.

Though I do admire high wing pilots, it takes skill to fly a pattern without being able to see the runway. We'll have to erase the "A" in the logo to make it realistic.

There is no point in changing the logo in my opinion. My graphics designer pointed out logo changes usually go with some sort of re-branding effort. So unless PoA is planning on re-branding itself (I don't think it is), no point.

Besides, the current logo is a twin. :D

I go through cycles as to my involvement and frustration with the board, but always come back, which is proof that it's like family. ;)

Ultimately, many of my favorite people I know because of this website.

Your banner floccinaucinihilipilificates balloon, airship, and ornithopter pilots, among others! If the logo includes an aircraft image at all, it should be something all pilots can aspire to. So I suggest a simple change to the existing banner:

You'd never catch me wearing apparel with the present logo on it...the proposed logo, however, damned tootin'!!
 
I wouldn't buy a shirt with either logo. I have too many shirts. :)

Have flown both, currently own a high wing. The low wingers might as well be flying inside of a porta-potty. You can't see the ground and you cook in the sunlight like a turd in the blue water.

There is nothing special about landing a low wing, the site picture is the same. If you are looking at the mains while you touchdown, you are doing it wrong anyway.
 
I'm ready to buy either a shirt or hat with a logo on it. Have been asking for years. Like the POA logo without any airplane on it. It's about the flying not the type of plane.
