What is the best way to remove scratches from Plexiglas windshields?

Thanks, Gary. I may have to give that a try. Not at Amazon but I do see it at Aircraft Spruce.

Be careful, it does say for Professional Use Only. Of course if you are a professional, then you are ok to use! :)

I've had good success with the Novus products, which are available on Amazon (and are fairly inexpensive). There are medium, fine, and cleaner grades that you work through sequentially. The final one is also a great windshield cleaner.

I get the sarcasm...

Don't let that shy you a away from that kit. It will make you an expert after you use it. So easy to use and impossible to screw up your windscreen when used properly.

3M has/had a system that did rather well with no distortion which I used with good success.

Anyone ever try Dr. Beasley's scratch remover?

I found the same methods used on auto clear coat paint work. Coarse and fine compound, finishing with plastic polish. If scratch is deep, may have to resort to sandpaper coarse enough to match scratch, then successfully finer to 2000 grit before compound. Harbor Freight or Amazon has various foam balls and cloth buffing pads that fit in a cordless drill. Test your methods and materials on a scrap.
