Good reference.
I found a few minor nitpicks... It needs an update...
- Insiders have said that budget cuts are reducing the utilization of ASRS data for the given purposes within FAA. It's not the point of this document, but it gives the public the impression the system is fully funded and working. It's probably not, which isn't a reason to stop giving reports, but the 2008 age of the document shows a bit here. Remove it.
- The document says TFR data can be had at the FAA website. As proven here by recent discussion, it's another "lets add stuff to the document to make ourselves sound good" item, since the system for stadium TFRs is completely broken. Remove it.
- No mention in purchase checklist about upcoming regulatory changes for NexGen or Mode-S requirements. It's a "big deal" the closer those changes come, and should be in the document in 2012. Again, it shows the 2008 age of the document. Add it.
