Plane in river ... all good

Is it just me, or do those PA46s have a lot of engine problems? Seems like I hear about their engine failures quite often.

Malibu’s are Lyco powered, not Continental.

The first ones were Conti powered (46-310T). -350T and beyond are Lyco. Both variants are stressed for the application demands, which explains the failures imo.

"We're going in the Susquehanna" just doesn't have the same ring to it, but here's to the pilot and positive outcome!!

This one is N4385K, listed as a 1984 model PA-46 310P, which is Continental powered.
