Everything Offends Me
I think I've mentioned it before, but my parents and I have started hiking every Sunday. Its a lot of fun, we got some good photos of New Mexico scenery (about the only good thing about New Mexico). I thought I'd pass them along.
Descriptions coming momentarily.
1) We're not sure if its a resevoir or a crater. There is a big ol' rock right in the middle....its probably a resevoir though.
2) Me and Piper, Piper trying to get going somewhere
3) That's me, standing in the middle of the mountains
4) Natural rock formations everywhere, sometimes obscurred by brush and plants
5) My mom, working her way up the mountain with us
6) Another shot of the resevoir/crater thing, from a bit higher
7) I dunno - my mom taking the lead or something
8) That's the backside of a bear cave. We later went inside
9) As we got higher, we had to actually zoom in to see the path we came up.
10) Looking down over the city of Albuquerque
11) That's me, trying to find a new trail for us to follow
12) Rolling mountainside
13) My parents
14) That fence marks the edge of the Cibola National Forest. You can see by the pinkish color of the hill that the sun is starting to set.
