Friends - I'll be flying into KPRB in a couple of weeks. A few questions...

Which runway usually has the most favorable wind?
Where is transient parking?
Where can we get a rental car?

Thanks!

The winds almost always favor Rwy 19 and even when they favor 31, most people use Rwy 19 since it is a much shorter taxi to the terminal.
You often find pilots practicing crosswind landings on Rwy 31.
Transient parking is just across from the terminal. I believe it is still free.
Self-serve fuel is available to the South of the terminal just past Helipro.

Rent an Enterprise car and have it delivered to ACI Jet, which is a superb FBO.
The transient parking is in the center of the attached photo.
We loved the area, so have fun.

MountainDude - I think you're thinking of ACI's facility at KSBP (San Luis Obispo), which I've used several times. To my knowledge, ACI does not have a facility at KPRB.

Nope, we stayed with them at Paso Robles (I checked my emails with them from July 2023). I now see that they closed since then. Thank you for bringing that up.

There definitely used to be an ACI Jet location at Paso. Looks like maybe not anymore?
As others have replied, transient is right outside the terminal very easy to get to and super friendly. Runway 01/19 is the one that I normally land on depending on wind, but you can also often come in on 31 and the taxi isn't that bad since you roll all the way to the end.

ACI lost the FBO contract last summer to LLoyd’s and the transition occurred in the fall.

Good place to fly into, don’t forget to check out the museum

Paso Robles is my favorite California wine region. When we were there, we also got to see the late Javier Arango's collection of WWI aircraft (he has a hangar at PRB and the rest at four hangars at his "ranch" just outside of town).
