Parts question

I'm trying to remove the rear bulkhead panel on a Piper Archer. Everything is loose except for two small tie downs which are mounted through the panel. Can anyone identify the part and maybe how to remove them?

If that means "un screw it" no joy. They both just spin.

The treads are probably stripped.

Maybe they are screwed into rivnuts and the rivnuts are spinning. If that's the case and you cant get behind it to hold the nut you would have to cut them off. I would talk to someone familiar with the Archer. Good luck.

Try pulling out real hard while attempting to unscrew, that may increase friction enough to break it loose.

And if you pull hard enough, that will solve the problem too.

Rip it out by the roots! Or pull the wire off and drill it off.
