Is it just me or do others see a large jump in parts price. Even the used parts price are up and up a lot.

Legacy planes are getting more valuable, and so for many models complete rebuilds are becoming financially feasible. This means less scrapped airframes and more airframes to consume the available parts, with supply and demand up go the prices.
