Oregon - Oregon State

[FormerHangie]

I'm watching the Oregon -Oregon state game. I know the unofficial nickname for that game is the "Civil War', but I think it should be called the "Ugly Uniform Bowl".

Do you suppose they were expecting fog when they chose those dayglo colors?

[AdamZ]

Uniforms are hideous but the game is freaking fantastic! I could care less about either team but this is just good football!

[Bob Noel]

Do they recruit color blind players?

I can't believe that many people would wear those uniforms.

Nope, worse than that, they recruit teenagers.

My team(Miss State) engages in this new fad of football uniform fashion. Makes me roll my eyes, it's a former cow pasture in Mississippi, not a fashion runway in Paris. The ESPN guys were talking about it and aparrently recruits respond to this... Who knew? I'd prefer we get our recruits like Bama does, by winning lots of games.

That was a wild one.

Nice job in the Egg Bowl!

Yes it was. The fans in the stadium got their money's worth on that one.

God knows I'm no clothes horse (I need garanimals for engineers), but I did a spit-take with the use of "fashion" when discussing uniforms, especially those.
