For sale, Aeronca 15 for $55,000. For just a million, I'll throw in the house as well. :lol:
 
Seems like the owner does not want to pay the listing fee on MLS and instead opted to circumvent it by posting his house for sale on an airplane classifieds website. Hey, if it works, why knock it? :D
 
I actually know a guy who bought a plane that way. He really wanted the house and the hangar that the owner had at the closest airport but the only way the owner would make the deal is if the plane was included.
