What training is there? Fly to an uncontrolled airport. Enter the pattern. Land. When it is time to leave, check for a clear runway, then depart. Easy-peasy.
At a controlled field, circle and wait for a light gun signal. If you need to depart, call the tower on the phone and brief on light signals, then depart according to normal nordo/tower procedures.
