Non-consecutive days

I’ve read in several places that calling on non-consecutive days can help move things along. Does anyone know if there is truth to this? All the threads I’m finding suggesting that are older. I don’t want to make anyone mad by calling too much, but I’m a full time pilot and currently grounded for a medical issue. I’m desperate to get back to work and I’ll do just about anything to expedite this.

I thought I read somewhere that pro pilots had priority with FAA aeromedical dept.

Do you have a union rep?

if you don’t have help through alpa, a union, your employer, etc then try AOPA (they talk to faa every two weeks and go through their member with medical issues list)

or call them directly and ask to go to the top of the list since there’s a working pilot shortage
