I don't think "Hangar Queen" should be an allowed term anymore.

Last thing we should be doing is giving a protected class more to litigate over.

After all, there has never been a group seeking "equality" that has stopped once it getting it.
 
Don't be stupid. An airplane doesn't have a sexual orientation, and that's not what the term "hangar queen" means, nor has anyone used it in that manner that I've ever seen.

Might want to rethink your prejudices, too. Excessive dependence on the "slippery slope" argument indicates someone who doesn't understand the arguments at hand, or otherwise can't defend his position by real arguments.

Making up something so ridiculous trying to invalidate a humorous statement indicates an insecurity that deserves attention....:yikes:
 
Boats and airplanes have been referred to in the feminine tense for as long as I can remember. It's not about its sexual orientation, because it doesn't have one. :D

I'm glad you're so certain that it was humor. I wasn't. I thought about it And couldn't decide because I could see it "swinging either way."
