New simple url for information page about FAA medical process

For flight instructors who would like to have a quick way to provide a link to a page about FAA medicals, some of the possible snafus, and how to do a AME consult, I have created a new URL for my FAA medical page:

Hopefully easy enough to remember and give out when desired.
