I finally picked up my new puppy last weekend. I named him "Aero". It's been a long time since I had a little puppy, what fun they are! :D

He's got some dirt on his face...

Whats the breed, I don't recognize it? He's adorable!

Well once he gets the smudge off his face he'll be just perfect! ;)

The smudge is what makes him so perfect! Pictures just don't do him justice. Everywhere he goes with me people stop and tell me how beautiful he is.. he's getting a bit bigheaded about the whole thing. :D

He's handsome, and with a great name, Aero. I named my new kitty, "Sky."
(And the 9 yr. old "Tipper" kitty isn't too pleased with Sky's presence).

I bought a puppy once...

Speaking of pups - we're thinking of adding a 2nd dog to keep Cleopatra busy. We've got our eye on a 2 yr (approx) old Sheltie rescue dog who's very active and energetic despite a leg injury (probably from birth) that forces her to lift her rear leg when she runs.

Don't worry about his head. He'll grow into it. (YIKES!!!) Most pilots do.

I have the feeling that like Piper, Aero will not be small/cute very long.

Jann just got a lead on a bulldog rescue. I had to be a grownup and say that there's no way I can handle taking care of a dog under my present circumstances. I'll need a friendly neighbor that can step in when needed. I hate being a grownup.

No, he'll be fairly large and handsome.. but that's ok. Here's his new big sis Audi. He'll be bigger than she is for sure.

Lisa, are you going to train the pup for LE use or will he be a pet? Just curious.

I hope to maybe do Schutzhund with him, but not LE work. I worked patrol dogs way back when..but now it's just a hobby. Audi is just a pet, she's an angel, but she doesn't have the temperament for LE work at all.

Wow, that is one cute dog. I like the name, too!

Aero. You gonna bring him to Gastons, give Piper a friend?

Bobbi thinks he's beautifull

I would love to. Only thing stopping me is having the time off and money..at the same time.
