This seems to be the place to establish contact, so here goes...
I'm a retired airline pilot getting back into general aviation after a few years away. And a lot has changed in the last 10 years. I started flying when in high school, did 7 years as a military pilot after college and then 33 years as an airline pilot. I'm shopping for my retirement present. Bonanza E33 and F33 are at the top of the list, but there are lots of neat options out there. I'll enjoy getting to know the locals for a bit. Cheers!

Welcome aboard. What area do you call home?

Fortunately, I guess, I'm not in the market for a new Bonanza.
Years ago I owned a V-tail, but didn't really care for the lack of longitudinal stability. I flew an A-36 a few times and loved it.
I'd like to find a '68 to '70 straight tail (E33, F33) with the IO-470K 80 octane engine. Bit of a unicorn due to the limited production numbers, but there are other planes I'd be happy with as well.
Shopping is half the fun.
