New Class D at Lewis U

Reddit pointed it out; didn't see it mentioned anywhere else. Lewis Univ, LOT, has a control tower, and a new Class D ring--Foreflight shows a cutout for Clow.

It'll be interesting. KLOT is busy due to training and I'm curious to see if a tower will improve things, or make them worse.

Also interested to see what happens to 1C5's RNAV-B, since the FAF is at 2300 right over KLOT.

It won’t change. Chicago Approach will probably just call Lewis Tower and say we gotsa RNAV Approach to Bolingbrooks and Lewis Tower will say OK. Lewis Tower could say we wanna talk to him, but I doubt it.
