Haha yup. Although the knee idea without a kneeboard is straight from an Internet personality who was flying aerobatics at the time. Just write on yourself, don't want any objects floating around the cabin anyway.

I like Microsoft OneNote. It syncs with all my computers and devices. You can draw, type, insert documents, pictures, etc. it organizes by tabs and pages.
