Just like Foreflight has, but a standalone app - where you can doodle or type, save.
 
Notability is the best one.

Of course, he didn't say it was for in-flight notes. I've mentioned elsewhere I came back to a kneeboard and paper in the cockpit. I use Notability for many other things.

Haha yup. Although the knee idea without a kneeboard is straight from an Internet personality who was flying aerobatics at the time. Just write on yourself, don't want any objects floating around the cabin anyway. ;)
 
I like Microsoft OneNote. It syncs with all my computers and devices. You can draw, type, insert documents, pictures, etc. it organizes by tabs and pages.
