Need help identifying instruments

Need help identifying the instruments in this picture.

I think the top glidescope is an early model Garmin GI-106a, but the face doesn't have the Garmin label on it.
The bottom is a BK KI-106 I believe. Is it also a VOR/glidescope or just a VOR?

If it doesn't have a Garmin label then it's probably a Mid-Continent MD200-306 (which is almost the same thing as a GI-106A).

The bottom doesn't have a G/S flag and I don't see vertical dots/hashes to tell you how badly you're above/below the glideslope, so I'm guessing it's only VOR/LOC.
