I prefaced the question with "any chance", and was not looking for some smartass answer. There was no record of a sale, and always the chance the unit had been put on a shelf.

Not trying to be sassy but I’m not sure I’d trust a piece of electronics that has been sitting on a shelf for 8 years, especially one that was already an antique before it started sitting.
