[NA]Hangar lighting[NA]

I would definitely go LED, and more lumens is more better. I think what I got for my garage was 5k lumens each, and I did one at the front and back of each bay.

For a larger hangar like you're talking about, I would want more lumens... those 18k lumen fixtures posted above look really attractive for your application. Don't forget that the color of the floor and walls impacts things, too. White will help keep it brighter.

I just bought a bunch of these (#7 above) will let you know.
Thanks all for input, help, guidance.

These lights are great; now I have a couple of more spaces to light-up.
I would get these again except for the mounting.
The next hangar is sucker rod and small diameter pipe in the ceiling.
It would be best if the new lighting had some way to attach fencing wire to them and then I could wire them beneath the metal described above.
Seen any with more flexible mounting means?

I've got 8 4' old style fluorescent fixtures in the ceiling of my hangar (17' up). I figure when the bulbs start to go, I may replace them with less. I already put LED floods on the outside of the hangar as I don't want to have to climb up there again. At least my hydraulic lift reaches the inside lights (why I purchased it to begin with).

If you've got a lot of money to waste, big ass fans has some real powerful hangar lights.
