[NA] Ceramic floor tile for house

I don't know about ceramic tile, but wet snow on polished granite is almost slippery enough to support perpetual motion. :)

That said, wet snow may be pretty rare in Texas...
 
Make sure to install an anti-fracture membrane on the concrete floor prior to to tiling.
Also products like levelite can be poured on low spots to level dips in concrete slabs.
