I thought this was funny. I assume this is the neighbor that was killing my bandwidth the other week, but I had a problem with my television service so Comcast came out. After opening the pedestal, the tech yells "Theif!" and pulls out his pocket knife and proceeded to cut out a large chunk of cable. She then threw the cable at the neighbor's garage door.

Apparently my neighbor is just a straight up thief. Lovely.
 
If the Bernie Madoffs of this world get bail, I don't think you can expect ANY consequences here.

That's why they keep doing it.

To be fair, I don't know how much due diligence Comcast does in your area, but Northland had a nasty habit of not disconnecting cable or putting filters/locks on and such. Of course, they don't even bother locking the pedestals either...

Of course, now you just need to setup a webcam on the pedestal and catch your neighbor in the act of reconnecting... :D

There is a *lot* of photoshopping on that photo. I'm sure she looks like a woman more than a man--but I think that photo was touched in ways to make her/him look better yet.

Ehhhh... no, (s)he pretty much looks like that. Normally I'll see shim in more clothes.... but I've lived around a lot of trannys, both pre and post op, and (s)he's pretty much the best one I've seen.
