My FBO makes me mad

I have yet to see a DA40 without WAAS.
I have. And, per WikiPedia, "On July 10, 2003, the WAAS signal was activated for general aviation, covering 95% of the United States, and portions of Alaska offering 350 feet (110 m) minimums." so a 2002 very well may not have been upgraded to WAAS. It certainly wasn't standard.
 
No, a G1000 model. A 2005 and a 2007 model. Note that the WAAS G1000 wasn't shipped until February 2007. I was flying the 2007 plane in March of that year, so I don't think it had WAAS, but could be wrong. the 2005 definitely did not have it.
