Multiple ratings on one 8710

Lets say I get certed as a military instructor, take the Mil Comp Instructor written, take the AGI & IGI ground instructor writtens, then do the ATP practical. Could I furnish all the documents to the DPE and get all of those on one 8710 or would I have to complete a separate 8710 for each one?

And, unless things have changed in the last six months, you must go to the FSDO for certification as AGI and IGI. A ten minute appointment to verify your identity and test score, approve your 8710, and issue a temporary certificate.

Right -- basically, it's one 8710-1 per certificate, so if you're getting three certificates (pilot, CFI, and GI), you're going to need three 8710-1's.

For each certificate -- as I understand it, you don't need one for each rating if you're getting multiple ratings on one certificate all at once.
