Most efficient way to convert an alternator to elastomeric clutch?

Swapping an exchange engine on my left side, and was surprised to pull my alternator out and it has the old steel sprag clutch on it.

I'll need to convert to the elastomeric style. Question is -- how? Does some accessory overhauler offer this sort of swap? I see ACS sells just the clutch, but the less I need to muck with that gear and that cotter pin, the better. I understand my preferred shop, Modified Aircraft Accessories, doesn't mess with these. Phoo.

Bonus points for any solutions that keep me away from Hartzell Engine Technologies. :D

Thanks for any leads. My ideal would be to ship current alternator, steel clutch, and gear to someone, and get back an overhauled alternator, elastomeric clutch, and gear -- all assembled and ready to bolt up.
