Modern Equivalent to Narco NAV122 ?

Seems cool.
IDK, do these have a seperate radio box or is it as it appears, all in one?
Is there such a modern digital thing w/GPS perhaps? Anything close?

Were there other makes and models of this 2in1 form factor?
Any opinions about these older ones' durability?

VAL INS429 (has GPS interface, but not the GPS itself).

Also, NARCO made a digital version, the NAV122D but they seem to be pretty rare.
