Lol, well sort of. Reportedly C340 ran out of fuel and managed to take out a T33 Shooting Star on static display. That T33 has been a landmark forever and got clipped taking off the empenage, while perched on top of its pole. All C340 occupants were fine.

I went and got a 5 gallon can of petrol for a well-dressed Mercedes S-class driver. He ignored all of the bells and whistles.
 
Is it still a good landing? They walked away from it after hitting the spin cycle

There's actually a few flying T-33s at an airport in Grove, OK which is North of the Muskogee airport from the above incident, but I don't think they'll be letting go of any spare parts for the static display. They fly them in the annual Grand Lake airshow prior to the fireworks display.

Nice! We have a place on the south end of Grand and I've never seen them. We haven't been to the Grove fireworks display or airshow but will have to check it out. The Duck Creek fireworks are amazing but the airshow/flybys haven't been as exciting lately.

Yeah that screen cap was from a video I took at Duck Creek several years ago. I know they were scrambling a bit harder for to meet donation goals for the Duck Creek fireworks show this year (part of that goes to pay for air show fuel). We sold the family lakefront cabin in Horse Creek a few years back so I don't get up there as often anymore, but we occasionally drag the boat up there for a weekend.
