A C-152 and a Beaver on floats. Beaver landed safely on grass at RNT, 152 crashed into an abandoned school building. All 6 on the Beaver walked away, but we lost two in the C-152.

Nice job by the Beaver Driver, 150-M knocked his floats cockeyed and he landed OK in the Grass, Great job FRED ROSS Flying Charter since 1962.
He was landing to the north on the water, which means he was over flying the runway, following traffic ahead, for the water

I wonder what the heck the tower operator was doing? Where did the 150 come from? lots o questions yet to be answered.
