Cessna 182S

Mark, I also have Cessna 182s with almost identical times. bent a pushrod last week so the mechanic cleaned all valve stems/guides. first flight after repair the oil consumption jumped from 1 quart every 15 hours to 2 quarts in 1 1/2 hours. I am inquiring about what you found with your engine and any information about how it was diagnosed. I can find no evidence of oil in cowling, nothing seen with cheap borescope. Thanks for any reply..
