Man eats 12000 Big macs over 30 yrs

What about a Big Mac involves pink slime? The worst part for you of a Big Mac, IMO, is the bun.

Don't hate on the man. Since Habit Burger opened in Walnut Creek a year ago I estimate I've eaten 2x 340 x 2 = 1380 Habit Burgers (two doubles at a meal) so far.

Someone check my math and correct me if I'm wrong. I did it in my head.

Even has an aviation angle...

On Mondays he said he stops by McDonald's on the way home from flying planes. He eats one on Wednesdays and two a day on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. On Sunday, he said he takes a break.

Pure sensationalism. Based on a 30 year estimate anyone can come up with a crazy number like that. I'm seeing 23,712 bottles of beer and that's not counting the illegal one's I drank before I turned 21. :goofy:

Big Macs though, I'm guessing maybe 3 or 4 - not big on McDonald's.

All good things in moderation.

A Big Mac isn't so bad, as long as you leave off the special sauce and ketchup, replace the burger with higher quality meat, put on decent cheese instead of what they use, switch out the bun for one that's not so gross, and use fresher lettuce and onions.

In other words, the pickles aren't too bad.

The big mac is a throwback meal from when portion sizes were all pretty reasonable. I'm not surprised he's perfectly healthy.

You can get fat on fruits and vegetables if you eat enough of them. What do you think the farmers are feeding the chickens and cattle to fatten them up?

You can eat only tubs of lard every day and not get fat as long as you burn the same or more calories than you take in.

That's why I'm a fan of double quarter pounders w/cheese. The meat to bread ratio is favorable if your watching carbs.
