I’ve been kicking around the idea of doing the same. Only prob is I’d be doing it in a T. Lance..... that’s about like trying to get a drivers license for the first time in a tow truck. You do it all in the mooney?
Yes I did. I was kicking around the thought of just renting a 172 to make it easier, but figured I’d just challenge myself and stick with the Mooney. If the T-Lance is what you’re used to, I don’t think you’d have a problem.
If that's what you're getting out of a Cracker Jack box these days, I'm going to start buying them by the case.
Congrats! I did mine in the Mooney too. I don’t think it’s harder. If anything it’s easier if it’s the plane you know.
I can't read the details on your attachment. What rating did you earn? Anyway, in the meantime congratulations. Sent from my SM-T720 using Tapatalk
Read the top (or the right of the certificate...you may have to tilt your noggin) "commercial." Congrats OP
Yah. These threads are not too good. Someone is gonna ask a bunch of questions about how you "lost" a certificate that never expires. Next will be the medical questions, enforcement actions, etc. So, Congrats on the Commercial. Standby to explain what you meant, over and over and over again.
Congrats. Did mine in a Mooney too. I think it taught me well. Would not have wanted to do it in any of the typical trainers.
That was my thinking too. I figured I’d do myself a disservice trying to make it easier. Nice try I’ll be more than happy to refer you to a Part 135 carrier though
Please do not log on to this site again. Hopefully there is a Temporary Pilots site for you some place.
