Looking for CFII-Only Certificate (photo)

Literally. I'm looking for a photo or scan of a CFI certificate which only has an "instrument airplane" rating. No aircraft ratings.

I'm doing an article on the recent FAR revisions and am looking for something good quality enough to use as an illustration. Any identifying information would be blurred beyond recognition.

PM would probably work best for responses.

Not sure what you mean by 'no aircraft ratings' I have Airplane Single Engine, and Instrument airplane.
Is that good? Or are you looking for someone who is ONLY a CFII (not a CFI)?

Yes. You have both an instrument and an aircraft category/class (airplane single engine) rating. I'm looking for someone with only the instrument. Only a CFII.
