I appears Textron has revised their online support guidance so I can longer research old/cancelled bulletins/letters no longer. Perhaps drop support an email/ May also want to try this variant of the number: SEL-75-07. Is there another reference that you got the Letter number from?

Slightly different link, click "Service Information" instead of "Txtav Support" from the Technical Publications page.

Select Cessna from the popup, then click the Turboprop/Piston radio button, and then typed 75-07 in the pub number.
Thanks. It appears my phone displays a slightly different screen setup and I missed it. When I used my laptop it worked. That is the search function I had thought went away. Good to know.
