When you land somewhere that's not charted what do you put in your logbook for the destination?
I usually write in "uninsured location."
(And I've logged quite a few!)
I'll use the airport identifier, which even private strips have even if it's not charted or in the A/FD. For strips that don't even have an identifier, I'll put a description of the destination.
So, in an emergency landing, you'd put something down like, "Interstate 65"
This is to prove the 50nm requirements for it to be an official cross country right? LolDon't forget the mile marker too
