    KLNK - Club Membership for sale. BE=36/G. Aspen glass panel, Garmin 530/430 GNS, Foreflight with IPad by Club. New Paint 2014. New Engine 2015. 10 members total. $150 hr wet. Initial buy in required with monthly fee. Must have a Private with IFR rating. Minimum of 25 hr complex time or work with a CFI to acquire time for insurance. For more info call 402 730 3560

    What is the buy in and monthly fee? Also, is the the 150/hr tach or hobbs?

    (not an interested buyer... but interested in the cost structure because I'm on the board of a club)

    Each member owns his share and can sell it for what ever price he can. That ranges from 0 to a few thousand. Our monthly rate is $450 which includes one hour of flying. We do that to try and keep members current.
