How was the Outlander to land? :D

It handles like a dream. And I don't like to brag but I have 1000s of hours in that thing. I think it is Experimental too because I only paid $200 for the GPS.

Winner of the coolest plane so far.

It was quite a machine, the fastest turboprop that will likely ever exist. But I didn't do much of the flying. They stuck me in the copilots seat to do most of the radio work since I was the only schmuck handy who spoke enough French to get by.

My list is not as long as R&W, but sits some where around 45 plus, single, Multi, glider, and seaplane. I'll include a T-37, B-52G and B-1B on that list.

Am I the only one who noticed a few similarities on R&Ws planes list?

The T-41 could be the 210 hp constant speed prop version. Can't help him out on the other two though lol :D

The T41 is the military version of the 172, had the 210hp engine. (IO-360) and constant speed prop.

L4 was the military version of the J3, although basically a J3 but there are some differences. Since this one had military history I felt it warranted a difference. I could have put it as J3/L4. :dunno:

I was being lazy on the Beeches and their designation numbers, but I flew the V tail Bonanza (different year models), the straight tail Debonair and the A36.

The only types I count are for the airplanes I have done at least one take off and landing as the sole manipulator of the controls. I've flown several other cool airplanes in the air but they aren't in my logbook because I didn't get a take off and landing. B-17, C-119, PB4Y, Sea Fury etc. Don

You forgot a couple:

privett still has a matched pair, Mig-15 and F-86. I ferried them for him in the early 90's and I don't think either one has flown since, although the sabre could be said to be maintained in flyable condition.

But I could see how one would forget flying such aircraft.

yeah i did. Are you going to list everything you've ever ferried ? Come to think of it I forgot the beech18 and C47 turbine conversions too. BTW do you have some library of my old posts that you obsess over ? This isn't the first time you've resurrected something from the ancient past. It's a little hard to tell with someone who is completely anonymous, claims to speak with great authority yet no one can vouch that they even exist. I'll just chalk it up to you having too much time on your hands due to a circumstance something like this:
http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs...-really-are-living-in-their-parents-basement/

Stick time:
Tiger Moth
Beech Sierra
Blanik glider

Flown solo:

Diamond DA-20 C1 (primary)
Diamond DA-40 Star (primary)
Piper Warrior (rent)
Cessna 172N (rent)

As PIC:
Cessna 152
Cessna 172
Cessna 206

Not PIC:
Cessna 402
Piper Cheyenne
Cessna Citation

I'd love to add many more to this list, but they'll probably all be LSA, E/AB, or possibly part 103 from now on.

I've got one that nobody has listed so far:

F-105 simulator - It was back in 1978 or so...I got a whole two minutes
It was impressive to watch the real pilot do egress training...he looked serious as he took the leap out knowing that the real aircraft had a considerable fall to the ground

Even included the N number. Someone dug into their log book.

Impressive.

He took the leap and left you flying the airplane? :D

I think I have one that no one has listed so far too. LR-28. Only 5 were built, and one (not the one I have time in) set a time to climb record with Neil Armstrong. I was the contract SIC on a ferry flight from KAPA to KGJT.

I fly a T-41B on a regular basis. Been across the country and back and to Alaska and back with the T-41B.
