Does anyone have the ability to update a KLN94 database on just a one time deal. Would like to freshen mine up and figured if someone had the computer interface I could pay you to flash it instead of the outrageous “media” fee bendix charges to exchange cards.

Yes, I do. I'm using an old computer with an interface. Can look up the product, if you like.

On the “pro rata” issue, checkout this Chief Counsel interpretation. Basically, the FAA doesn't care how or if they split the cost.
