KCKZ - Another airport that chose to lower the bar and go Vector

A friend recently landed there to get some fuel on his way south.
Got a Vector bill in the mail a few weeks later. Nothing in the Chart Supplement about landing fees.

Apparently (according to a comment at airnav) they are even trying to charge for a low approach.

Can't even understand their logic when they show an average of 10-20 arrivals a day. And probably most of them from based aircraft.

I understand this airport was (at least in the past) privately owned by a foreigner... possibly a South American. I'f only been in there a couple of times, and not for years. As I recall they collected a landing fee, over the counter. Not sure what the ultimate intent of ownership is beyond the typical future potential for development (as their registered LLC name implies).
