jetson one - part 103 multirotor

Does the thing get out of ground effect? They claim a "service ceiling" of 1500 AGL.

I’m guessing it’s all fun and games with all of these “manned drone thingys” until the first fatality (especially if it’s a bystander) then all bets are off.
