jet pac in LA

I saw an article on iHeartRadio website:
A Skywest pilot also reported seeing the mysterious man in the jet pack. When the air traffic controller warned a JetBlue pilot to be on the lookout for the man, another pilot joked, "Only in LA."

A lot of questions come to mind but they did not report it as a UFO. So it makes me wonder was it Elon Musk??

I thought that report came from an AA pilot. Regardless, LA is the logical place for that to happen.
