I take it you're looking for different information than the dimensions shown in Section XVIII, "Table of Limits" on Page 115 (1984 edition)? So what is the standard size of the 0-200 crankshaft.
The Overhaul manual doesn't give it.
Gotta have a reference. It's found in the _________ .
it doesn't give the .000 size of a new crank. that sheet only tells how much clearance it requires.I take it you're looking for different information than the dimensions shown in Section XVIII, "Table of Limits" on Page 115 (1984 edition)?

don'tcha love it when people hide behind their cute little monickers, so they can be judgmental and try to take a thread off the rails. Here comes another “teaching moment” thread.

And thanks for posting a link to the latest version of the manual. The '84 was the latest I have, though I'm not likely to need it in any case....http://veteranflyg.se/wordpress/wp-...75-C85-C90-O-200-Overhaul-Manual-Aug-2011.pdf

Did you notice the statement in the "FORWARD"And thanks for posting a link to the latest version of the manual. The '84 was the latest I have, though I'm not likely to need it in any case....Ron Wanttaja
My 1984 manual says "Guidance", as does my 1980 one. "This manual is published for the guidance of all facilities engaged in operation, maintenance and overhaul of four cylinder engines of the Teledyne Continental C and O-200 series."Did you notice the statement in the "FORWARD"
they use the term "Guidance" rather than the old term, "maintenance".
I don't know when this changed, but my old Original manual says "maintenance"
