Myself and a colleague have set up a new pilot forum, to address European GA topics - EuroGA

It is intended to be more "technical" forum than a "chat" forum like so many are, and also it is moderated to stop the personal attacks which have taken over so many forums (though not really the US ones I know about).

Over here, we have many specific issues like the stuff coming out of EASA...

Good luck with your new board. I last flew GA in Europe in 1987. I may have a chance to ferry PA-32 over to France this summer. I'll forward you link along to that owner.

Many thanks all. It's going well.

A while ago I did a presentation on VFR flying in Europe (from the UK). It was well received but turned out to be almost impossible to promote beforehand because the locally based flying schools boycott anything like that, so I have now just put it online so anybody can do it. It's now on euroga.org under Articles / Tech Resources.
