Ipad Repair

Anyone done a DIY iPad glass repair? My iPad 2 glass is all cracked up and looking for the parts on ebay to replace. Are they all the same? Are there better glass then others? The prices seem fair at about 30-50 bucks. Not worried about the process itself but the part to order. Are there different qualities in this glass or any glass from any ebayer good?

I've done it about 10 times with one hand now. The iPad 2 isn't that bad but I did ruin the antennas getting the original screen off. Subsequent screens are easier. The screen itself is very fragile so be very careful removing it from any packaging.

I tried it. Got all the stuff I needed. The iPad had a broken screen. I proceeded to completely shatter the screen trying to remove it, and destroyed the WiFi wire. At that point I found a repair place and paid them $100 to fix it using my parts. My daughter still uses that iPad.

batteries plus does this now for about 100 US
