iPad 3 32Gb wifi + knee board + case

Got a new mini so I don't need this anymore.

As the subject line says its a full size iPad gen3 wifi-only 32gb model. Also included is a case with magnetic cover and a Sporty's knee-board that was only used for about 5 minutes of taxiing before I decided I didn't like it.

iPad is in good shape, almost always been in the case since I got it. Including the original charger, trying to locate a cable that's in good shape, if I can't I'll throw in at least one extra so-so one.

I will restore it to factory settings before shipping.

Asking $350 for all of it.

Especially since the price for what you're offering is a pretty decent deal.
