Insurance non-settlement.

I have Allstate for my home insurance and AAA for my car insurance. For what it's worth, I have been satisfied with the handling of claims with both companies.

This is my first time with a claim except a roof long ago. Another claims woman called early this morning and said to ignore the email taking me to criminal trial. She said it was an automatic trigger when a settlement is more than 10% over the policy limit. Usually she said they are reviewed by a person before being sent. But, since there have been many claims agents, no one picked up the ball. More douchebaggery.
