Apple machines run Flash just fine Tom. Apple mobile devices running iOS don't.
The reason is that Flash is an enormous resource hog and battery killer.
Adobe never built any bloatware they didn't like.
While I intensely dislike Flash for any number of reasons, iOS's lack of support make the iDevices far less useful for my purposes because of the inability to access some websites that I use regularly. If it were just one or two, it would not be a big deal - but it's considerablly more & is particularly nettlesome if I'm traveling.
