Humor - What Really Brought Down The Jet in NY

So are you saying that CANADIAN geese are aligned with Al queda? Should we be looking at all things Canadian a bit more carefully?

You just know there is something rotten in that country with all those fake nice, pleasant, and courteous people up north.

;) ;) ;)

SLUR!

CANADA Geese are not Canadian Geese.

Now we can blame Canada for the cold they sent us.

I think the cold and the geese are part of a coordinated attack upon the US from our neighbors to the north This all just smells of some big plot cooked up in Ottawa to undermine America!

If we do not put an end to this how long until we are eating back bacon, putain, and washing back with a Molson while being forced to watch hockey on TV!!

A two-four of Molson Golden in my cooler on Super Bowl Sunday doesn't sound like a bad thing at all -- as long as I don't have to watch the NHL instead of the NFL. I could even handle Doug and Bob watching with me (as long as they don't drink all the beer themselves or holler "coo-roo-coo-coo-coo-roo-coo-coo" too much). As for Canada geese, we've got plenty of them in the pond across the street, and what they do to our street all summer is disgusting -- Fran tried to get Oliver Drive renamed "Goose Poop Lane."

All of you with Canada phobias are just envious!!!!!

You envy us our beer and hockey players!!! Not to mention curling!!!

These are actualy Arab-Canadian Geese as anyone can tell.

For those of you who haven't seen "Canadian Bacon", you should rent it. Even us Canadians found it funny!

Yeah but you Canadians are so inclusive and fair it just made a huge breeding ground for the Arab-Canadian geese and their anti-American-commercial-aviation ways!!

The Canadian attacks on America culture are overwhelming too! Look at all the Canadian infiltrators in the American media and entertainment businesses!! Why it is some sort of invasion!!!

You know we Americans will have lost the culture wars when a Tim Horton's appears in our country!
We will be forced to eat crulers!!

Where have you been? That ship sailed a long time ago. There is one two blocks from my house and I pass two or three more on my way to work (depending on route).

Oh my gawd!! IT is too late for us!!

AARRTGGHHHH!!!!!!!!!

I have to go sit on my chesterfield, much a cruller, while listening to Avril Lavigne and Ann Murray, all the while lamenting the loss of our once proud non-Canadian traditions.

:D:D

I wish TSA would direct some of its energies in this direction:

The Ghandi philosophy - win by giving in!

Unfortunately there's no Tim Horton's in Chicago as they have better coffee and cheaper prices than Starbucks! First thing I do when I get back to Canada is to go straight to a Tim Horton's!

We need Canadian Tire stores too!

But personally I prefer the Guess Who!

I was surprised to see that many Tim Horton's in the US, the nearest one look to be outside of Indiana. They do have good coffee and good doughnuts too!

Love your new avatar Barry!!

Don't go to Michigan... even the governer is Canadian...

Yep, their geese are making our planes crash and their cold air is making us use more engery. Dang Canucks.

Not really. We get it from Siberia. We don't want it so we pass it on.

If those had been terrorist suicide geese they'd have been carrying explosives. Maybe the NTSB will find evidence of that in the geese guts.

But they were effective none the less.

My instructor told me "Don't try to dodge the birds, they'll dodge you." Was he just full of hooey?

The hockey team lived in my dorm.

Would that be the one that flooded the dorm showers and opened the windows to create an indoor hockey rink? ;)

Guy I know went to Michigan and described exactly that scenario....

I heard that US Air is order 10 new planes after this incident.

It's a new model Airbus Wetro. See attached.

I just watched Canadian Bacon in the ER on Sunday! (That's the movie the avatar is from.) http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0109370/ Michael Moore does comedy. "The U.S. President, low in the opinion polls, gets talked into raising his popularity by trying to start a cold war against Canada."

See!!!! it is an invasion!!:D

Eh? Sounds like the route my family took. Came from Ontario in the late 1890s for a job in Michigan. Later moved to California. Got a few decades to go before we've been here as long as the first time. :D 1630-1770s. Loyalists during the rebellion, and all that. :D :D

Sure.....give away all my secrets!:nono:

P.S. I wouldn't think the ER is where I'd want to watch it. I'd probably bust some stitches! Hope you were there for a hangnail.

Yup. I've had to dodge hawks that come at me when I'm on final. They're hunting gophers and mice right there and think they own the airspace and will challenge you.

Dan

Actually, I wasn't the patient, just sitting next to her.

It was a fun movie! I started watching it when I saw Alan Alda, then John Candy, Rhea Perlman, etc. I didn't realize it was a Michael Moore production until I looked it up on IMDB.
