For the budget-minded...
...if you're going to buy a case anyway, you can get an Otterbox - it comes with a cover/stand.
I use 3M DualLock tape quite a bit, so I stuck some on the back of the cover and on one of my RAM balls:
(note - the thickness of the tape made the cover wobbly when used as a stand, so I put those felt feet on to stabilize it)

Then, your choice of attachment on the other end - RAM balls are nothing if not versatile (3" arm and suction cup here):
I have not yet used it in my Sky Arrow, but I intend to, probably with a shorter arm. In any case, it would be easy to add a second ball and mount to the RAM cover to "triangulate" and reinforce the mount if necessary.
