How do I delete direct messages?

[Sac Arrow]

There are old conversations I want to get rid of. I can't find the delete button anymore. What do I do?

Check the box, select "leave direct message".

Maybe this is slightly more honest (if less intuitive) UI decision since delete really means "hide from view" these days anyway.

People still have chat histories with Whitney?

[flyingron]

You can't. Even the admins can't delete them. I had an extension on another site that provided the ability to file them in folders but I haven't bothered to install that here.
